Login into Blogger.com

GO to Layout > Add a Gadget

Select HTML/Javascript and Paste the Following codes below :

1. Replace the link of your blog with the link in red.

2. Upload any Image identity to your blog and post the link of that in the second red line.

Paste inside the HTML/Javascript window and Save it :)

You can have a demo of it looks on the sidebar of this blog.
